Changyu builds sale channals by educating restaurant employee

Many attendees showed great interest in wine. One of the restaurant owners told China Wine News,” We have sold numerous wines in all these years, until today we see that we know so little about wine.”
90% of the customers in my reataurant choose dry red wine or sweet wine pairing with seafood, they know nothing about wine-food pairing.
Changchun Lanlu Economic and Trade co is one of Changyu’s distributors in Jilin Province, It owns powerful resources both on-trade and off-trade. Chengcheng, the mangaging director hoped to hold this kind of activities regularly to educate restaurant waiters regarding wine knowledge and manners.
China wine market have been surging since 2000. Sale volume of Changyu in 1990s is merely tens of millions yuan, but amounts to 5 billions yuan in the year of 2007, which resulted its ascent as the world’s 10 powerful producers in the world. In past several years, China wine industry has showed a rapid progress.
