The Second China Wine Economic Annual Forum to be Held

The Second China Wine Economic Annual Forum & VINITECH 2008 will be held on June 30th. |
The Forum is expected to attract more than 300 participants from home and abroad, which include a large number of experts on wine managemengt, production, marketing, tasting, investment and etc.
The Second China Wine Economic Annual Forum sponsored by "China Wine News" aims to establish an exchange and development platform for many wine enterprises at home and abroad.
The theme of the forum focuses on the "competitive power". All the participating wine experts, government administration sections, enterprisers and marketing specialists will make a discussion on "how to raise the competitive power of enterprises,market and industry,enlarge and strengthen China wine industry".
VINITECH China 2008 will be held in Penglai at the same time. The Organizing Committee will invite experienced wine experts , tasters as judges, who are responsible to taste more than 500 wines all over the world, and award golden medals and silver medals to the excellent wines in terms of international points system.
The taste panel constitutes 6 domestic judges and 9 foreign judges. Domestic judges include LI Jiming, chief engineer of Yantai Changyu Pioneer Wine Company Limited, Wang Shusheng, vice president of Sino-French Joint Venture Dynasty Winery LTD., Yan Bin, assistant chief engineer of HuaXia Winery Co.Ltd ,Xia Gugangli, chief engineer of Qingdao Huadong Winery Co., Ltd .,Wang Zuoren, chief engineer of COFCO and Shao Xuedong, the chief engineer of COFCO Nava Valley Junding Winery Co.
Judges from abroad are Berger Jean Luc of French Enology and Viticulture Institute, Beatrice de Ros,chair of France Winemaker's Union, Yann Juban,vice president of OIV, Sergio Correa,chair of Chile Winemakers Union, Spanish winemaker Isabel Mijares, and the chair of France Winemaker's Union.
