Sino-France Chateau to Transfer 76.4% shares

HuaiLai Sino-France Chateau will transfer 76.4% shares in the Property Right Exchange Center of Hebei province. The upset price is 46.2245 million yuan. Anyone who are interested in it can register from July 28th to August 22th，2008.

HuaiLai Sino-France Chateau estabilshed on May 31th, 2005. It’s registered capital was 44.04 million yuan, of which 51.32% was contributed by Hebei Guofu Agriculture Development CO. LTD, 41.87% was held by Huailai Grape Industry Co., Ltd, and 6.81% belonged to Beijing Diheng Realestate Development CO. LTD.

Hebei Guofu will tranfer all of its shares, Huailai Grape Industry Co.wants to transfer 18.27% of its shares, Beijing Diheng is gonging to sell all of its shares. The three transferors intended to sell 76.4% shares to one independent transferee.

HuaiLai Sino-France Chateau covers an area of 487.95 mu, of which 330 mu are the winegrape planting area. The producing capacity is expected to 200 thousand bottles a year. The total assets of company were 42.5872 million yuan, with net assets 39.1089 million yuan.
