COFCO made champion wine for gold winner

 Weightlifter Chen Xiexia set an Olympic record to win China’s first gold medal of the Olympics in the women’s 48kg class on Saturday, ensuring a sparkling start to the Games for the host. COFCO, the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Wine Exclusive Supplier, will give her a special gift——a champion sparkling wine, which was designed for the Chinese champion and produced in Sangan chateau with traditional sparkling wine method.

COFCO produced 100 bottles of champion sparkling wine, all made in Sangan chateau for the athletes who win the championship in Beijing Olympic Games.
