Culinary Vegetable Institute will have wine tasting Sept. 6
The Culinary Vegetable Institute will host Brett Davis of Vintner Select, 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 6.
Guests will be treated to a five course wine tasting with food pairings created by the CVI's executive chef Johannes Klapdohr. The theme of the wine tasting will be showcasing sustainable, organic, and blodynamic wines from around the world.
The cost of the event is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Vintner Select was founded in 1989 with the vision of bringing the highest quality wines from around the world to the Midwest. Currently, Vintner Select distributes in Ohio and Kentucky to restaurants and retailers.
