The abolition of wine import taxes in Hong Kong could be a boon for South Australian winemakers.
The state currently export more than $12 million worth of wine to the region, and Treasurer Kevin Foley (pictured) said he has held talks with a high-profile political figure from Hong Kong about future growth.
Foley believes South Australia has an opportunity to expand due to the import tax abolition.
