The business will also cut a shift at its bottling operation at Reynella south of Adelaide.
The President of Constellation Wines, John Grant, says the restructure has been prompted by the increasing cost of grapes and the higher Australian dollar affecting international sales.
He says the winery operations will be sold as going concerns and all workers' entitlements will be met.
