China Southern Airlines launch

Shenzhen Branch of China Southern Airlines Company Limited will launch "air cellar" for its first-class passenger. At present, the 100 first-class stewardesses are given training of wine tasting.
 
The stewardesses are required to clearly identify 10 wines from different regions. Besides serving wines to the passengers, they will be able to answer the inquiries of wine knowledge.
 
"Air cellar" service aims to improve the service standard to the first-class passengers. The stewardesses will learn the history and fermentation of wine, as well as know of new world and old world.
