THE Birmingham Mail has a fantastic dining promotion for all it’s readers - ‘Wine & Dine with Rioja’.

This great value deal is available at 28 gastro pubs, restaurants and hotels across the Birmingham region all offering a glass of Rioja and a main course for £10.

This offer provides the opportunity for you to visit a fantastic selection of local outlets and enjoy delicious food accompanied by a glass of Spain’s most famous wine, Rioja.

Rioja is Spain’s most famous wine region offering a collection of wonderful wines from zesty fresh whites and rosés to rich, vanilla-laden reds.

All participating venues will offer a minimum of four main course choices including at least one vegetarian option. There will also be a choice of at least two Rioja wines to select from, including red, white or rosé.

How to get involved

To take up this fantastic offer simply collect a token from The Birmingham Mail and attach to the completed voucher printed alongside. Collect tokens printed in The Birmingham Mail commencing September 1 until September 19 print off the voucher below. Up to two people can dine together per voucher as part of the promotional offer.

Once you’ve chosen the gastro pub, restaurant or hotel you plan to visit, call to make a reservation stating clearly that you wish to book under The Birmingham Mail / Wine & Dine with Rioja Wine offer. Participating establishments will only accept reservations in advance so do remember to book! The offer will be available in all featured outlets from today until 31st October 2008.

Terms and conditions

1. This offer (‘Wine & Dine with Rioja’) is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

2. This offer entitles the reader to a main course and 125ml glass of Rioja for £10.

3. Readers must call the gastro pub, restaurant or hotel of their choice in advance to book. Please state how many people are in your party taking part in the ‘Wine & Dine with Rioja’ offer. This offer is subject to availability, at the gastro pubs, restaurants and hotel’s discretion.

6. This offer will only apply to advance reservations. Each gastro pub, restaurant and hotel has a limited number of covers available for this promotion so early booking is advised.

7. To take advantage of this offer, readers must one token published in The Birmingham Mail from September 1st to September 19th, 2008. Each token allows a maximum of two people to dine out under the offer.

8. The token must be handed in at the time of payment. The offer as described above may not be honoured if you do not declare that you hold a ‘Wine & Dine with Rioja’ offer form at the time of booking. There is no restriction on the number of tokens or forms that can be redeemed by readers.

9. Photocopied, counterfeits, other reproductions or defaced tokens will not be accepted by the gastro pubs, restaurants and hotels. Neither the Promoter nor the gastro pub, restaurant and hotel can accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged tokens.

10. Bookings must be made and completed by Friday 31st November 2008.

11. Participating gastro pubs, restaurants and hotels are offering a minimum of four food options, including one vegetarian option. The main course offered will include side orders e.g. vegetables, rice or bread and butter. Additional courses can be ordered but will be charged at the gastro pub’s, restaurant’s and hotel’s standard menu prices.

12. The cost of the meal includes VAT and cover charge, but does not include drinks, coffee or service. Some gastro pubs, restaurants and hotels may add an additional service charge to the final bill. This should not be more than 12.5%.

13. The promoters reserve the right to vary or amend this offer and the reader agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

14. The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the offer – that is, provision of tokens. All other facilities connected with this offer are contributed by, and are the responsibility of the individual gastro pub, restaurant and hotel.

15. All details and descriptions have been supplied by the participating gastro pubs, restaurants and hotels and are believed to be correct at the time of going to print. Neither the Promoter, nor its agents, can accept any responsibility for any discrepancies, inaccuracies or misconceptions given or construed.

16. Any dispute or complaint must, in the first instance, be brought to the attention of the gastro pubs, restaurants and hotels. The Promoter is happy to investigate any unresolved problems. However, it cannot be held responsible for the actions of the gastro pubs, restaurants and hotels.

17. The offer will cease to be available if any individual gastro pub, restaurant or hotel changes ownership or goes into receivership after the publication of the list unless decided otherwise at the discretion of the new management of that gastro pub, restaurant and hotel.
