Wine & Beer Tasting For A Good Cause

Libations flowed as the crowd at the annual Taste of the World Wine and Beer Festival drank for a good cause this weekend.

For the fifth year, the Newport Aquarium hosted the Taste of the World Wine and Beer Festival on Saturday November 8. Almost 1,000 people attended the festival put on by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, helping to raise around $90,000 for blood cancer research.

The event was emceed by WCPO's own Brendan Keefe, and participants got the opportunity to sample a variety of wines and beers from across the region.
