Dr. Frank's winery named 'Greatest Wine Producer' in NE

For the fifth consecutive year, Dr. Frank’s Vinifera Wine Cellars has been named “Greatest Wine Producer” in the Atlantic Northeast region by Wine Report 2009.

This annual wine book is written by Tom Stevenson, an authority on Champagne and sparkling wine and author of Champagnes & Sparkling Wines.

Also in Wine Report 2009, Dr. Frank’s 2006 Rkatsiteli was named No. 1 in the category of “Most Exciting or Unusual Finds.”

The Keuka Lake winery was also honored for its 2006 Dry Riesling as one of the “Greatest-Quality Wines."
