20th of Nov. , the “Shanghai International Wine & Liquor Bonded Exhibitions Center” had been founded in Shanghai Wai Gaoqiao Bonded Area. It was the only bonded center for wine &liquor in Shanghai.
The main function of this center were international wine & liquor bonded exhibition and trading, value-added service. It was a compositive trading platform for import wines entering China market.
It was reported that there were some special policies in this center. Wine and liquor from overseas are kept bonded, no customs duty or VAT required. Wine and liquor from domestic China are regarded as exports and enjoy VAT rebate when entering this center.
For domestic distributor, they could look for simples, negotiate and make trade in this center, instead of going abroad.
This center would hold wine tasting and wine promotion. French Wine Center, Mexico Wine Center had founded here, Xielun, Woersheng and etc. wine distribution company had entered this center already.
