First-ever S.F. Wine Week

Beginning Monday, San Francisco will host S.F. Wine Week, a wine festival that will last through Nov. 15. Geared toward the new generation of wine lovers that permeate the Bay Area, the six-day event will provide attendees with the opportunity to taste wines from around the globe and mingle with like-minded wine lovers and winemakers.

Admission is $75 ($90 after Saturday) and includes access to all six events taking place around the city, winding up Saturday with a gala event.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to First Graduate, an organization that helps Bay Area students become the first in their families to earn a college degree.
