Wine of the week: Fetish Shiraz
Fetish 'The Watcher' Shiraz, Barossa Valley, Australia, 2005.
The Watcher is a being of knowledge, of understanding, of concern and of influence. This is the type of attention Fetish Wines gives its wine-making process from the soil to the bottle.
This wine is thick, dark and juicy. You'll get a mouthful of ripe blackberry and black cherry fruit hinting at dark chocolate and provencal herbs as well as a luscious texture.
This wine received the following prestigious awards for the 2005 vintage: 91pts "Smart Buy" from Wine Spectator and 90-92pts from Robert Parker and the Wine Advocate.
