Kautz Family Vineyards Hires Wine Industry Veteran Richard Conley to Serve as Chief Operating Officer
Kautz Family Vineyards, producers of several wine brands including Ironstone, names Richard Conley as their new Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Conley will oversee and manage all aspects of winery operations plus the growth and development of the Kautz Family Vineyards wine portfolio. "We are excited to have Mr. Conley join our family operation and team of professionals," said Stephen Kautz, president of Kautz Family Vineyards. "Richard comes to us with 18 years of wine industry experience and brings a wealth of industry knowledge along with strong leadership skills to our operation."
Prior to joining Kautz Family Vineyards, Conley served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for Don Sebastiani & Sons. Conley has also held operations and finance positions with Benziger Glen Ellen Winery and Sebastiani Vineyards.
