Wine grape buyer considering legal action

A wine grape co-operative says it's owed a million and a half dollars by wineries for last season's grapes.
Vintage Traders Australia was set up two years ago by growers to sell excess or uncontracted grapes.
But the group is still owed $1 million by one winery, and chairman Phillip Engelfield says it's now considering legal action to recover the money.
"So we try as best as we can to ensure that we're selling to people who are in reasonably or are in sound position, but unfortunately there's no guarantees."
