Vandalized wine shop recovers and opens on island

Wine Times 4, which was vandalized on Nov. 4 while it was under renovations, has recovered and is now open for business at the Village at Wexford on Hilton Head Island.

Patrons of the wine bar use a “smart card” they insert it into the wine serving systems and are able to try 72 different wines by the taste, half glass or full glass. They can also buy the bottle to go.
