Barrel House Cafe & Wine Bar opening Tuesday

The Barrel House Cafe & Wine Bar will hold a grand opening on Tuesday, Dec. 2.
The program, which includes live music, wine tasting and door prizes, runs from 4 to 7 p.m.
The cafe is in the Cynergy Building at 27th Avenue and Union Street in Kennewick.
