Blending lesson at St. Supery Winery

A blending seminar at St. Supery winery this Saturday will reveal the virtues of the classic Bordeaux grape varieties and what they can contribute to a meritage blend.

Each participant experiments, creates a blend and corks up a bottle to take home. The fee is $75 for the blending session from 2 to 3 p.m. at the winery, 8440 Hwy. 29. Call (800) 942-0809 to reserve a spot.
