California based wine and spirit company, Access Beverage, Inc., has successfully completed a reverse merger and today has commenced publicly trading on the Pink Sheets under the ticker symbol ABVI.PK. The company's founding officers and directors are Ms. Diane Svehlak, president and Mr. James Moeller, CEO. Both have extensive experience in the wine and spirits industry. Ms. Svehlak's expertise in
branding and marketing complement Mr. Moeller's successes in achieving significant market penetration through distribution and sales.
