Golden Dragon signs distribution agreement with Bodegas Centro Espaolas
Jan 15, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- GDHI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Golden Dragon Holdings, a Hong Kong-based company that operates various food and beverage companies, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Bodegas Centro Espanolas, a manufacturer of Spanish wines and brandy.
Under this agreement, Golden Dragon Holdings (GDHI) will have the exclusive regional rights to distribute and wholesale Allozo wines and Casajuna 25-year-old and 100-year-old reserve brandy throughout China, Hong Kong, Macao and South Korea. The company is currently in talks with large-scale wine and spirits distributors in these areas to wholesale these fine wines and spirits.
Cesar Cuenca, COO of GDHI, said: "We are proud to add Bodegas Centro Espanolas to our exclusive line of fine wines and spirits for distribution in Asia.
