Barbaresco wine dinner at Cinghiale

Cinghiale owner and wine director Tony Foreman will host a Barbaresco wine dinner at the restaurant on Jan. 15 with a special guest, winemaker Aldo Vacco of the Produttori del Barbaresco winery.

The multicourse dinner begins at 7 p.m. and costs $99 per person, inclusive. The menu features butternut squash agnolotti with a sage brown butter, beef cheeks braised in Barbaresco wine, and a selection of cheeses from Italy's Piedmont region.
