Happy Chinese New Year!

Today we turn to Food & Wine Magazine for help celebrating Chinese New Year. The mag's website has an entire section devoted to Chinese recipes.

I will choose to spotlight the Stir-Fried Chicken with Chinese Cabbage, because of the 10 recipes, it's the one that appeals to me most. Seems pretty easy to make, as well. Click on the above link to check it out, and enjoy!
