Grape stems not going to waste

Farmers in the Clare Valley in South Australia are using leftover winegrape stems as fodder for cattle.
Winemaker David O'Leary says the stalks are given to local farmers after the berries have been removed.
He believes the stems have some nutritional value.
"They're full of sugar, it's fodder in these dry times, they actually get picked up each day and they go off to a couple of local farms."
