Valentines Wine and Chocolate Pairing Sensation

Join Austrian Vintner Renate Wallem and Award Winning TV Chef/Instructor Oonagh Williams for a Valentines Wine and Chocolate Pairing Sensation. A fun filled evening of wine tasting and foods that complement these wines. Miss the crowds and indifferent food for Valentines. Our Christmas Food and Wine Experience was a huge success, with guests reluctant to leave.

As you arrive you will enjoy a white wine paired with a specialty cheese board that includes a creamy herb cheesecake. Then we move onto another white wine matched with a hot shrimp and cheese fondue with veggies and bread. We need this before the Chocolate fix following.

Then we move onto the important part of the evening (after all Valentines is for us Ladies and CHOCOLATE is our addiction, isn’t it? And we don’t need the men to enjoy this!) Men are of course welcome!

Two red wines, one to match with Pecan Indulgence - a ground pecan and cinnamon crust filled with a dark chocolate truffle filling, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. The second red wine pairs with creamy Chocolate Panna Cotta Custard.

We don’t stop there. A dark Chocolate Orange Cheesecake with a Black Cherry Pinot Noir.

Finally a hot Chocolate Fondue of real chocolate, cream and liqueur with fruit and cake paired with a White Ice Wine. Ice Wines are very special, rare and a treat if you have never tasted one.

Cost is just $45 per person includes the wine tasting and the food. A $20 deposit is required to hold your place. This ensures that we provide enough food and wine. Additional wines and accessories are available for sale.
