Two area wineries announce deal

AMERICAN CANYON - Greenfield Wine Co., doing business as Cartlidge & Browne Winery, has announced the divestment of its Custom Crush/Wine Services business and the lease of its local production facility to Sonoma Wine Co.
Graton-based Sonoma Wine Co., which has six facilities throughout Sonoma County, will help to fully optimize the 115,000-square-foot AmCan facility, according to the announcement.

Cartlidge & Browne will continue operating its American Canyon winery and tasting room.
