Dick Niner cleared of allegations made by former employee

tool goes here Dick Niner, the owner of a Paso Robles winery, was cleared by a jury this afternoon of sexual-harassment allegations brought against him by a former employee.

The jury deliberated for a day before returning with its decision in the case, which was brought by Tammi Herron, a former sales representative for Niner Wine Estates.

She had contended that Niner has forcibly kissed her and that the work environment had become hostile to her. But the jury in the civil case dismissed all of her allegations.
