SIAL China 2009

It remains only 2 months before the opening of SIAL China 2009!

As you know, from May 19 to 21, professionals from the international agri-food sector will come to Shanghai to discover the latest innovations and events focused on the Chinese market.

85% of the exhibiting area has been booked. More than 58 countries and regions will be present at the main international pavilions. SIAL China is delighted to receive new countries such as Denmark, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and Greece.

For its 10^th birthday, SIAL China is going to vibrate with the Mexican rhythm, due to the animations organized by Mexico, country of honor for 2009.

 

During 3 days show, SIAL China will deliver the secrets of the World of Wine: Wine & Spirits competition, tasting, conferences and design booths and with the main wine event, Wine Innovation Forum. The secrets of culinary demonstration with the 2^nd edition of Cooking Trends Area and the Young Hope Escoffier Asia Contest in partnership with Escoffier China.

 

The tomorrow’s new trends: the 5^th edition of Trends and Innovations competition and The best of the Olive Oil aroma with theOlivAsia area.
