Loire Valley Wines Recommendation Activity Held in Shanghai

Loire Valley Wines recommendation activity was held in Shanghai on March 24th, 2009. It is the first time wines from Loire Valley uniformly using Loire Valley as its brand made its debut in China.

Yves LAMBERT and Pierre PICHOT from Loire Valley Wine Industry Association made detailed introduction of local wines.

They said China is one of the major potential markets and they will make Chinese customers know about and like Loire Valley Wine within 5-10 years.

They told China Wine News that in ChinaLoire Valley Wine didn’t have such uniform image and concept as Bordeaux and Burgundy wine. Up till now, over 50 wine areas have participated in this brand popularization program so that they can build a more uniform and deep impression in marketing.
