Sample a taste of fine wine and foods

The fifth annual Buffalo Gap Wine & Food Summit will be hosted by Perini Ranch owner, Tom Perini, and Stephan Pyles, Dallas' renowned chef, this weekend in Buffalo Gap. Participants will be able to enjoy one-on-one conversation with winemakers and chefs.

The mission the Buffalo Gap Wine & Food Summit, Inc., a nonprofit organization, is to cultivate the appreciation of fine wine and food through education and industry discussion. The group was founded by Tom Perini of Perini Ranch Steakhouse, Fess Parker of Fess Parker Winery & Vineyards and Dr. Richard Becker of Becker Vineyards.
