The wine bar opened in December and started experiencing great success with the creative weekly events that bring people to an intimate, social gathering of relaxation.

Special events paired with free parking downtown equals a splendid time with your favorite wine. Happy hour from 4-7 p.m. features glasses of wine for under $5, and the more expensive brands are half price.

Wine Wisdom Wednesdays have a catchy name and great bait for wine lovers. Free wine and champagne tasting events are frequent. Usually the featured winery of the month hosts the free tasting and is popular enough to require calling Caveau to reserve a seat.?/span>

Don forget the brew. Breweries also offer free tastings at Caveau, and are equally as popular.?/span>

A small, healthy menu consists of tapas dishes, soups, meat and cheese platters, and dessert. Non-alcoholic beverages are also served to compliment the flavors in the small dishes.?/span>

The winery of the month is Bernard Giffin Winery, operating in south-central Washington, and is proudly served and encouraged to taste at Caveau. Bernard and Griffin have been producing award-winning wines of their own for more than 30 years now.
