Companies Retain A.T. Kearney to Assist with Integration Planning

MIAMI & DALLAS, Apr 23, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- In an effort to maximize efficiency for their various supply chain partners, Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. (Southern) and Glazer's Distributors (Glazer's), are pleased to announce that the two companies have jointly retained the management consulting firm of A.T. Kearney, Inc.

A.T. Kearney is a leading high-value-added management consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. James E. Morehouse, Senior Vice President at A.T.
