PAWS 5th Annual Wine & Howl Wine Tasting and Silent Auction

PAWS is joining Merritt Wines of Norwalk to showcase a collection of wines in our 5th Annual 'Wine & Howl' Wine Tasting and Silent Auction Fundraiser! This event brings together great wine, food, a silent auction and a great feeling inside as you help homeless animals find a second chance at a new life.

The wines offered will suit any budget and would make excellent gifts or even just to keep for yourself. The tasting will be held on Sunday April 26th, 2009 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The location is United Church of Rowayton, 210 Rowayton Ave., Norwalk, CT.

The event will include:

·  Featured Wines from Merritt Wines of Norwalk

·  Silent Auction

·  Hors d'oeuvres will be served

·  Door Prizes

Tickets are just $30 each if purchased in advance. Tickets may also be purchased at the door the day of the event for $40 each.

Last years event raised almost $10,000 and our goal for this year is $12,500! In addition to raising funds through ticket sales and the silent auction, 10% of the purchase price of all wines ordered at the event will be donated by PAWS!

Tickets may be purchased online (see below), by visiting the PAWS Shelter or by calling (203) 750-9572. Tickets may be purchased online until 4/24/09 or at the shelter until 4/25/09 at the $30 advance price. Tickets sold at the door are $40 each.

All proceeds benefit the PAWS Animal Shelter and will assist us in our efforts to help homeless animals in our community.
