“Sun Days of Wine & Culture” the Wine Tasting Series by Sail!

In the spirit of Spring, Frederick Wildman and Sons, importers and merchants of fine wines, and Manhattan By Sail [formerly Shearwater Sailing], have joined forces to christen their third successful season of “SUN DAYS OF WINE & CULTURE” wine tasting cruise series aboard the Shearwater. The Series is a six-month elegant and laid-back tasting and sailing program accompanied by an assortment of cheeses or other special nibbles paired to that week’s selected theme aboard the 82-foot Gatsby-Era luxury sailing yacht, operated by Manhattan By Sail, provider of elegant public and private cruises to New York and its visitors.

“Enjoy a breathtaking sail in the New York Harbor, sip our series of themed wines specially selected by Wildman, and savor the experience,” suggests Tom Berton, owner and operator of Manhattan By Sail. Every Sunday afternoon from 4:30 to 6:30pm starting May 10th through October, Shearwater Sailing will offer “Sun Days of Wine and Culture” under the guidance of Felicia Sherbert, award-winning author of The Unofficial Guide to Selecting Wine.
