Australian Vice-consul in Guangzhou promoting wine in South China

Altogether 31 Australian wineries promoted red wine in Kunming, Yunnan province on May 21. Tang Jiefu, the Australian Vice-consul in Guangzhou presented the event.
Australian wine entered Yunnan in 2001 and now accounted 40% in Yunnan imported wine market, only behind France.
Tang Jiefu called for strengthen the cooperation between local wineries and Australian wine producer.
The event is hosted by the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), holding promotional activities in five cities of southern and south-west China.
