High spirits at Whisky Live Shanghai 2009

Around 8,000 people attended Shanghai's inaugural Whisky Live festival earlier this month, definitively demonstrating that China is one of the world's fastest growing Whisky markets.

On the 8th and 9th of May, international whisky distillers and ambassadors used the festival as a platform to launch new brands and ranges as well to educate visitors to the festival about the differences between the different Scottish, Irish, American and Japanese varieties.
