Get on deck for beer and wine tastings

Apollo Liquor in Rochester will host two Honkers beer and wine tasting events in July and August.

The first, a free Honkers wine tasting, will be held July 1 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the Rochester Honkers party deck at Mayo Field. There will be more than 50 varieties of wine to choose from.

The second event, a free Honkers beer tasting, will be held Aug. 5 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., also on the Rochester Honkers party deck at Mayo Field. Sample 20 new and different beers.

For both events, you pay one price to get on the party deck down the third base line. Cost includes food and drink.
