Wine Sales Volume in Xiamen Bonded Area in the First Half of Year Surpassed that of Last Year

According to statistics from Xiamen Customs, in the first half of the year ,127,000 liters of wine has been imported into the bonded area and 323,000 liters has been sold out of the bonded area(some are imported last year and sold out this year), surpassing  all sales volume of last year.

Despite of the global financial crisis since end of last year, importation in the bonded area increased.

In order to support display, marketing and distribution of imported wine, the bonded area customs has permitted imported wine to be put in storage directly to avoid deterioration due to high temperature. Meanwhile, relevant consultation system for wine customs clearance and guarantee system have been established to speed up customs clearance.
