7 oz (200 g) lean boneless pork
1 tbsp soy sauce
7 oz (200 g) scallions
5 wood ears, reconstituted in hot water
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp MSG
1. Gut the pork into slices about 1 1/4 inch by 5/8 inch by 1/8 inch (3 cm by 16 mm by 8 mm). Cut the scallions diagonally into 1 1/4-inch (3 cm) sections.
2. Heat the oil in a work to very hot, 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Add the pork slices and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
