Although the Chinese culture and consumption habits are very different from the west, but in the near future, China will become the world's largest luxury goods market.

France's famous Champagne brand Taittinger is planning to manufactur high end sparkling wine in China though the market is not mature.

Taittinger said, many cities in China are ideal for the production of high-quality sparkling wine, but it seems that Chinese consumers are not accustomed to the taste of high end sparkling wine. Maybe it is a little too early, at least in the Chinese culture is lack of consumption habits for high end wines.

Ouyang Kun, China Chief Rep. World Luxury Association, said, "The disposable income of Chinese people has been constantly rising in recent years. Global luxury brands now see China as the next Japan."
