UK: Champagne Lanson launches Black Label gift box

Champagne Lanson is to launch a gift box of its Black Label Brut Champagne for the UK market.

The pack will include a 20cl bottle of Champagne Lanson Black Label Brut NV and a selection of milk chocolate and praline truffles, the company said today (10 August).
"The set is high quality and traditionally styled, whilst also being fun and affordable," said Paul Beavis, managing director of Champagne Lanson UK.

The 20cl Black Label Brut Champagne is presented in a black box, with its gold neck revealed as if in a hamper, with a red bow. The box is embossed with small Maltese Crosses, the symbol used by the company.

The gift box is stocked at CostCo and Tesco stores with an RRP of GBP11 (US$18) to GBP13.

In June, the company launched an Extra Age Brut cuvé ahead of its 250th anniversary in 2010.
