The design incorporates the brand's lion imagery and a new McGuigan logo. The launch will coincides with the addition of a rosé wine to the range.

The wine contains predominantly Shiraz and has an alcohol content of 12.5%.

Paul Schaafsma, Australian Vintage general manager UK and Europe, said: "The new packaging brings the McGuigan Estate range in line with the broader McGuigan portfolio and reflects on our focus on continuing to build the McGuigan brand in the UK."

The McGuigan Estate range also features Chardonnay and Shiraz with an RRP of GBP7.99 (US$13.51) and are exclusive to Sainsbury's.
