Wine Sales Boom in Beijing during Holidays

As wine becomes the latest fashion element, more and more people in Beijing learn to taste wine as an expert. Branded wine sales in the high-end restaurants are rising dring the tour seasons.
Wine sector is the fastest growing business sector in China with the output lifted by 23．8％, sales up 33％ in 2008.
Newly statistics show that wine production in China has reached 418 thousand tons , increased by 40.8% from January to July. Industry insiders believed that Chinese wine production will keep growing and wine consumption is going up in the future.
