Beam Global appoints Mackenzie

Mindy Mackenzie has been named Beam Global Spirits & Wine senior vice-president of human resources

Liquor supplier Beam Global Spirits & Wine has appointed Mindy Mackenzie as senior vice-president of human resources. Mackenzie has worked for the last five years at Campbell Soup Co, where has she most recently been based in Australia serving as vice-president human resources and public affairs for Campbell’s Asia/Pacific division.

Mackenzie will be responsible for leading Beam Global’s human resources function globally as well as handling talent acquisition, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. She will serve on the company’s executive leadership team and report directly to Beam Global Spirits & Wine president and CEO Matt Shattock.
