About the event :  Food and Hotel Asia (FHA) in Singapore is the largest international food tradeshow in Asia. Held every two years, the 2008 exhibition covered 72,000 square metres, and 2010 promises to be bigger and better with the addition of another 10,000sqm of space.

A record 2,626 companies exhibited at FHA2008, 82% from 69 countries outside Singapore. The Australian Pavilion was one of the largest of the 33 country pavilions with over 140 companies exhibiting. FHA has strong industry support from local and regional trade and professional associations. Of the 36,956 trade visitors in 2008, 37% were from overseas.
