Tontine Wines net profit up 27.28%

Tontine Wines, one of the leading grape wine producers in China, plans to spend a total of RMB 180 million to build two new production lines that will have a combined annual output of 20,000 tons of wine.  

In addition, the Hong Kong-listed firm will invest RMB 210 million to build a winery and related supporting facilities and will spend a total of RMB 50 million to open more than 20 outlets in the next four years.

Last year, Tontine Wines' net profit was RMB 174 million, up 27.28% year on year from RMB 137 million.

Earnings per share were RMB 0.127 last year and a final dividend of HK$0.288 per ten shares was declared.
