Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Planning and management of cellar procedures and daily workloads
• Management and development of staff
• Long term production planning
• Championing continuous improvement
• Reviewing critical analysis on all wines
• Budget preparation, presentation and monitoring

To be successful in this role you will have:
• Relevant tertiary qualification|
• 5 years winemaking and management experience
• A high level of professionalism with excellent communication & negotiation skills
• The ability to motivate your team to achieve success
• A high level of computer literacy
