Ladera Vineyards Hires Jerry Baker as New Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Ladera Vineyards, hillside Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon producer, announces the hiring of experienced wine sales manager Jerry Baker as the winery’s new vice president of sales and marketing.

Based in NapaValley, Baker brings 35 years of wine industry experience to his work at Ladera Vineyards. Baker began his career in the world of wine sales and marketing with E. & J. Gallo Wine Company, moving on to sales management positions for Chateau Montelena, Trefethen Vineyards and Grgich Hills Cellars. Most recently, Baker served as the director of sales and marketing for White Oak Vineyards & Winery. In his position as Ladera Vineyards’ vice president of sales and marketing, Baker is responsible for overseeing all national sales and distribution for Ladera Vineyards and their new Pinot Noir project in the RussianRiverValley, Pillow Rd Vineyard.

Ladera Vineyards and Pillow Rd. wines are distributed throughout the country in 32 states, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming. Ladera Vineyards is located at 150 White Cottage Road South, Angwin, Calif. The winery’s focus is on the hillside estate Cabernet Sauvignons. Annually the winery produces approximately 9,000 cases total. Tours and tastings cost $25 per person and are available Monday through Saturday at 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Tastings without tours cost $15 per person and are available Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Please note that all tours and tastings are available by appointment only and the winery is closed on Sundays.
