- Silver Medal: the following 14 high scores
- Bronze Medal: the following 29 high scores
Once the marks have been confirmed, there will be a second round of tastings of the Gold Medal wines. From these Seven, one will be awarded the Grand Prize of Vinoble.
The entries will also be categorised by type of wine according to grape variety and the way the wine is made. The wines will be grouped into the following categories: ‘Dry Fortified Wines’, ‘Sweet Fortified Wines’, ‘Vins Doux Naturels’, ‘Naturally Sweet Wines’, ‘Wines with Biological Ageing’, and ‘Other Noble Wines’.
Registration for entries will close on the 15th May, with the competition tasting taking place on the two middle days of Vinoble 2010: Monday 31st May and Tuesday 1st June.
