Meet the best chefs of the world!

This week: Pepe Solla and Alvin Leung

The Spanish Pavillion will present every week, according to his Gastronomic Program, a breakfast time with the best chefs of the world. It is a terrific opportunity to meet them face to face and to be a privilege witness of their latest creations. This week, GALICIA is arriving with PEPE SOLLA (one Michelin star) as main culinary agent and ALVIN LEUNG (Hong Kong, China, two Michelin stars) as international guest chef. Both together will build up a menu with Spanish maximum excellence products. So, they’ll become ambassadors of contemporary Spanish food in China.

Journalists attending will be able to see a gastronomic performance with the chefs in their kitchen building up the new menu for this week. This menu will be served (lunch and dinner) the whole week in Gastronomic Restaurant, at Gran Meliá Shanghai hotel and there will be a large menu (788 RMB), a medium one (658 RMB) and a short one (528 RMB). At the end of the meeting, journalist will be able to interview the chefs and also to taste freshly cooked dishes and Spanish wines (until 12.00 p.m.).
